My Policies !
As your photographer, I want you to have the best possible experience with me and love the photos you receive. Please read through all my policies so you know what to expect from me and the process. Know that some policies can be accommodated depending on your circumstances. Please do not hesitate to reach out if you have any questions. Thank you! :)
Pricing :
-A deposit of 50% of your session total is required on the day you book. This deposit secures your date and time on my calendar. If you are unable to pay the deposit upfront, please reach out to me and we can go from there depending on your circumstance.
- Cancellations must be made at least 1 month before the scheduled session in order to receive a full refund of your deposit. If you cancel less than 1 month before your session, the deposit will be non-refundable.
- The remaining balance is due 2 weeks before the scheduled session date.
- All payments must be made through Venmo or Zelle. I do not accept cash or checks.
-Additional costs will be applied if the traveling distance between 2 locations for a session are more than 20 miles apart from each other.
Scheduling :
- If you arrive late to your session, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time. The session will not be extended to make up for time lost due to lateness.
- If weather conditions are unsafe or unsuitable for our session, I will contact you as soon as possible to discuss rescheduling. If we need to cancel due to weather, I will do my best to schedule you for the closest available date to your original session date.
- If you do not show up for your scheduled session and do not contact me beforehand, your session will be considered a no-show and your deposit will not be refunded.
Photos ;
- Your edited gallery will be delivered within 1 week after your session (weddings do not apply for the 1 week delivery time). This 1 week window will vary upon a couple days depending on my current workload since I am a full time student. I will always do my best to deliver your gallery asap and promise to stick to my 1 week rule.
- Once your gallery is delivered, it will remain accessible for 30 days. Please make sure to download and save all of your images within this time frame. After 30 days, your gallery will expire, and I may not be able to recover or resend images that were not downloaded.
- If you post my edited photos on social media, please do not apply additional filters or edits over my work. If you choose to make additional edits to the photos, please do not tag me, as those edits no longer represent my original work. :)
- Your photos may be displayed on my website and/or social media to showcase my work and engage with current and future clients. If you would prefer that your photos remain private, please let me know. I will respect this and will not post photos of you or your loved ones.
- RAW files are not included with your session and will not be sent upon request. Your session includes my professionally edited images, which reflect my artistic style and editing process!
